Acceptance of Terms

By registering or participating in any SKILL21 tournament, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.

Eligibility

To use SKILL21, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Have a valid Free Fire account.
• Agree to abide by tournament rules and fair play policies.
• Have a minimum level 10 account.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Your SKILL21 account may be suspended or terminated for violations or abuse.

Tournaments and Gameplay

• Tournaments are organized by SKILL21 or its admins.
• Match rules (timing, entry, schedules) are operated in each tournament.
• Cheats result in vote and refund of tournament.

Entry Fees and Payments

• Entry fees are paid via eSewa or supported payment methods.
• All entry fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information or issues.

Refund Policy

• Entry fees are not refundable once confirmed.
• If cancelled or rescheduled due to low participation, refunds are processed within 72 hours.

Code of Conduct

• Be respectful to admins and players.
• Do not use abusive language, harassment, or spam.
• Do not impersonate admins or admins.

Account Suspension or Ban

SKILL21 has the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

• Violate tournament rules.
• Use unfair or prohibited payment activity.
• Harass or abuse others.

Free Fire and Garena

• SKILL21 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena Free Fire.
• We are not responsible for external issues or in-game bugs.
• All in-game actions are at the user's own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content (logo, design, text, etc.) in the property of SKILL21. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
